Always choose LEDs that are described as 'dimmable' and for the best performance choose dimmable LEDs from established brands. We cannot guarantee that all LEDs labelled as 'dimmable' can actually be dimmed satisfactorily. Therefore, we recommend contacting the lamp supplier to confirm compatibility.
Performance may vary according to brand and type of LED. Refer to LED manufacturer for specific loading information.
Both the V-Pro and V-Com dimmer series have three different dimming modes which can be set by the user, as well as a programmable minimum and maximum brightness settings, to optimise performance and deliver the full dimming range potential of a particular lighting load. Follow the steps outlined under the heading 'Programming' on your instruction leaflet. You can also view our video explaining the programming procedure.
For more information on compatibility across our range of dimmers, please refer to our dimmer selection guide.
